    NovelProjects merges with Atlantic BT

    NovelProjects customers,

I am proud to announce that NovelProjects has recently merged our operations with Atlantic Business Technologies, Inc (Atlantic BT). By bringing the two companies together, we hope to be able to better serve your needs with a broader array of more specialized services and more resources to meet your needs.

The success of this merger will be determined by our ability to exceed your expectations. As such, I wanted to write you personally and let you know that Atlantic BT will carry forward with the superior customer service you have come to expect from NovelProjects. In addition to other key employees, I will remain with the newly combined organization in the role of Senior Solutions Consultant and will continue to be available to work directly with you. In fact, in my new role I will be more solely dedicated to working with each client to optimize business workflows and strategies while maximizing value through web technology.

While you can find additional information about Atlantic BT at our website, www.atlanticbt.com, I wanted to give you a few quick facts about our newly combined organization:

    • Pinnacle Award Winner for Growth and Profitability (Raleigh Chamber of Commerce)
    • Ranked the Inc5000 fastest growing private companies in America (2009)
    • 34 total staff including certified project managers, software developers, UI developers, designers, and technical support technicians

We have already had the opportunity to speak with several customers to learn how we can better serve you, however I also want to hear from you regarding any aspect of the relationship where we might improve.

Should you need further information, please visit our website at www.atlanticbt.com or contact me directly at (919)949-9526, or mike.mctaggart@atlanticbt.com.

    We've been BUSY!

Wow! It's been a while since we updated this portion of our site...  I suppose it's because we've been so BUSY!

Let's see... we've launched tons of new websites - here are a few notables:

    • www.snaptotes.com - A design refresh has resulted in a 30% increase in conversion rate for SnapTotes
    • www.deionline.org - Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Lumina Foundation for Education, this nonprofit program's mission centers on the community created by the website we created for them
    • www.towerco.com - A first in its field, we built a semantic search for TowerCo, making their site a "first stop" in their industry
    • www.bcballhandling.com - After years of success in Wake County, this character education program is going national with their new branding and website
    • www.lbdb.com - A startup company with patented designs, the Little Black Dress Bag is a must-have accessory with an elegant new website

    ... and many more!

Plus, we've also got some other BIG (GREAT) NEWS we'll be sharing in the coming weeks.  Stay tuned!

    NovelProjects launches new website: eitc-carolinas.org

Each year, something like $132 MILLION goes unclaimed because people don't know about the Earned Income Tax Credit.  In times like these, hard working families deserve to be better informed - especially when there are volunteers in place to do their taxes for free.  In addition, that's money that could be stimulating our local economy.

So, NovelProjects was happy to help one of our non-profit clients launch an awareness initiative for the EITC.  Check it out here: www.eitc-carolinas.org

Yeah, we bought a pool table for our office

No longer content with only one table sport in the office, we decided to buy a pool table as well. It makes for a good cool-down session after a brutal game of the ping and pong.

Come on by and play a few rounds.
